Young winemakers with a special terroir and an individual style reminiscent of great Burgundy wines

Among more than 2,000 champagne winemakers, Champagne Dosnon has been considered as one of the big up-and-comers for a few years now and oenologist Davy Dosnon and his partner Nicolas Laugerotte to be one of the most outstanding young winemakers according to champagne experts Tom Stevenson, Antonio Galloni, and the Financial Times. Dosnon wines are already being exported to 30 countries and are particularly popular in Japan, Denmark and in the NY gastronomy scene.

The winery is based in Avirey-Lingey in the Côte des Bar and was founded by Davy Dosnon in 2007. Davy Dosnon is an absolute Burgundy maniac. His vineyards are also only 40 km away from Chablis. So the terroir, clayey soil as well as Kimmeridgium and Portland limestone, has more in common with the Burgundy region, than it does with the "northern" Champagne around Epernay and Reims.
