Larmandier's small winery is rightly celebrated as one of the best in Champagne. It produces brilliant, idiosyncratic Blanc de Blancs in the Côte des Blancs, which are distinguished from others by three main factors: Maximum individuality, terroir and uniquely precise and complex aromas.

The Larmandiers have been using natural yeasts for processing since 1999 and the resulting aromas are fascinatingly different. Their champagne cuvées ferment and mature in large wooden barrels. The grapes also come exclusively from their own vines, as befits a flawless winegrower. The sun-ripened grapes are harvested in fantastic quality and carefully processed. Larmandiers can therefore largely dispense with the usual dosage and almost all of their champagnes are "Brut Nature" or "Extra Brut", i.e. minimally dosed.

Organic and biodynamic (certified) production have long been a matter of course. The bottles are also gently disgorged by hand!
