Champagne wines owe their worldwide reputation to the talent and experience of champagne houses. Among the members of the "Union des Maisons de Champagne - UMC" (umbrella organisation of champagne houses) are the most prestigious names, (even if this is sometimes larger than their production volume).
Their wines are made from their own grapes or those purchased from winemakers of selected champagne crus or sites that contribute to the style of the brand.
