This is a wine in its purest form. Through the deliberate selection of Pinot Noir grapes from the 'Mineral' sub-parcel in a single vintage, and after malolactic fermentation and aging on the lees, but without dosage, a wine with aromas of citrus fruits, limestone, and flint emerges. Due to the calcareous soil matrix, the minerality is particularly pronounced.
