This is a wine in its purest form. The deliberate selection of Pinot Noir grapes from the 'Mineral' sub-parcel in a single vintage results in a wine with aromas of citrus fruit, limestone and flint after malolactic fermentation and maturation on the lees, but without dosage. Due to the calcareous soil matrix, the minerality is particularly pronounced.
