Blanc, Blanc de Noirs
Taste: full-bodied, elegant and dry, with particularly mild perlage and notes of red as well as citrus fruits, slightly mineral with a long, soft finish.
The base wine comes mainly from the 2013 harvest with the addition of reserve wines from 2012. Processing takes place in steel tanks where the wine is aged on its lees for 60 months. The long ageing gives this top-class «Pinot Noir Champagne» its complexity and elegance. It is quite possible that the Origin.al is Maison Éclat's favourite champagne!
