Taste:
Nose: ripe red apples, Williams pear, white flowers, a hint of raspberry core, wet chalk, subtle brioche notes.
Palate: powerful Pinot juice with taut citrus zest, white pepper and a salty line. Creamy perlage, dry finish with a mineral aftertaste.

A purist Blanc de Noirs from the south of Champagne (Côte des Bar), where Pinot Noir is at home. "Pinotmaniac" is Coessens' tongue-in-cheek declaration of love for the grape variety: juicy, precise, with grip and the typical fine spice from Les Riceys. A champagne for people who value character over convention.
