Tasting Notes:
Nose: ripe red apples, Williams pear, white blossoms, a hint of raspberry seed, wet chalk, delicate brioche notes.
Palate: powerful Pinot juice with firm lemon zest, white pepper, and a salty streak. Creamy perlage, dry finish with a mineral aftertaste.

A purist Blanc de Noirs from the south of Champagne (Côte des Bar), where Pinot Noir is at home. „Pinotmaniac“ is Coessens' winking declaration of love for the grape variety: juicy, precise, with grip and the typical delicate spice from Les Riceys. A Champagne for people who value character over convention.
