Flavors: Medium yellow-green, fine, persistent mousseux. Fine floral nuances, delicate notes of blossom honey, pleasant minerality, a hint of tangerines and biscuit in the background. Juicy and freshly structured on the palate, seems very lively, underlaid with a delicate extract sweetness, notes of passion fruit in the finish, lots of fruit also in the back taste, very good length, a jewel of finesse and aromatic depth.
