(1 customer review)

CHF 340.00

50% Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir
Brut – Dosage: 7 g/l
Stephen Tanzer: 94/100
Robert Parker: 97/100
Gault & Millau: 18.5/20

Tasting notes: Medium yellow-green, fine, persistent mousse. Delicate floral nuances, subtly reminiscent of blossom honey, pleasant minerality, with a hint of mandarins and biscuit in the background. Juicy and freshly structured on the palate, very lively, underpinned by a delicate extract sweetness, notes of passion fruit on the finish, plenty of fruit in the aftertaste, very good length, a jewel of finesse and aromatic depth.
