Flavours: Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine bubbly stable mousseux. In the nose fine bakery, a touch of orange and stone fruit, fine nutty aromas, very multifaceted, mineral nuances. Complex, juicy texture, on the palate stoffig and equipped with extraktsüßer fullness, finesse-rich acid core, notes of yellow tropical fruit, delicate caramel touch, hazelnut oil and dry herbs in the finish, a wine of great complexity and length, perfectly developed.
