Tasting notes: Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, stable mousse. On the nose, fine pastry notes, a hint of orange and stone fruit, delicate nutty aromas, very multifaceted, mineral nuances. Complex, juicy texture, full-bodied on the palate with an extract-sweet richness, a refined acidic core, notes of yellow tropical fruit, a delicate caramel touch, hazelnut oil and dried herbs on the finish, a wine of great complexity and length, perfectly developed.
