Blanc de Noirs
Flavour: dry, citrus fruits, green apples, with small and clear perlage.
Davy Dosnon's first single-varietal Pinot Meunier was cuvéed from grapes from the 2009 and 2008 vintages, matured in barriques for 10 months and finally aged on its lees for 56 months. The result is a champagne that perfectly captures the character of the Pinot Meunier grape variety and the terroir of the Côte des Bar. On the nose, fresh red fruits with exotic aromas of passion fruit and pineapple. Rich and complex on the palate, with delicate toasty aromas, plus intensity and fruit. Its aromatic richness is perfectly balanced by the highly crystalline side and the low dosage. A strong personality!
